These are beyond delicious! They curb that sweet tooth craving and I love putting a couple in a mug of hot chocolate or a mocha latte. These candies are a mild and enjoyable mint flavor - not overpowering in the least. Even my daughter who greatly dislikes peppermint is hooked on these!

The candy is really good. The price was pretty bad. I hadn't been able to find these recently, so I ordered them. They came in good time and good condition, but in the meantime I found them at a large WalMart for a MUCH lower price.

We got some soft peppermints over the holidays and when they were gone, I went looking for more. These aren't exactly the same, but they're very good, and it's very hard to eat just one!

1st Customer Review : my work-time addiction
i have this bucket of mints in a draw at work. i bought it at wal-mart. it was 5 dollars and contains approximately 160 mints, according to the packaging. they are individually wrapped in plastic and dressed in red swirls like rotund candy canes. and they have become my addiction while at work. never anywhere but work. i don't dare bring them home lest i eat them all in one night.

when i come in to work in the morning, i've forgotten about them overnight. so as i sit down to begin my tasks i am taken by surprise at the light wafting scent of peppermint, artificial as the plastic bucket it is coming from. and i think to myself that i've rediscovered this great secret and i must have one.

the folly of these mints is that they are "soft" mints, like the after-dinner mints at a restaurant. the ones we want so badly that we disregard the grunginess of the spoon we must use to retrieve the mints. the ones others have breathed on, sneezed on, picked past and diseased...

2nd Customer Review : Plastic-taste overlay
I've had Bob's Sweet Stripes Mints many times before and love them. I purchased the tub for a trade show booth giveaway figuring they would be a hit with customers. Unfortunately, the candies in the tub had a residual plastic flavor. This was completely unlike my previous experience with this candy. I thought it could be a result of being stored in the tub for too long even though each candy was individually wrapped.
