Oh sweet Jesus. All those gums I have been chewing before are nothing compared to the impossibly minty yet refreshing sweetness of this gum. Before I was a quiet nerd, but then I popped a piece into my mouth during an especially boring part of my math class. BAM! I was hooked. Now after chewing this gum, I have the confidence to do things I never would have dreamed of before.
I jumped up out of my seat and kissed the attractive girl whom I have been crushing on for almost a year. After she recovered from her shock, the only thing she wanted to know was when we were going to do it again. My teacher was, of course, rather upset about me interrupting his class, but once he caught whiff of my minty breath he excused my actions and even gave me a pass out of class. I used this pass to hunt down my ex girlfriend (who dumped me for being stingy with kisses) and snogged her good and proper in front of her new boyfriend during her history lesson.

3rd Customer Review : Great Mint - Hard to Find
These are great ice-cool mints with a sweet peppermint flavor. They don't sting or assault your senses, but they do freshen your breath. They are a little stronger than the generic white and red peppermint hard-candies that restaurants set out in bowls, and these give you a nice cool sensation like a york or junior mint. As these mints age (say a year), they also mellow.

With so much mint gum, it's hard to find a good mint tablet. Many alternatives have caffeine, crunchy shells, or are uncomfortably intense. Not these. They are just perfectly balanced.

I stumbled across these mints about two years ago on a 3000 mile road trip. Since then, I've purchased several 9-pack boxes. I've never seen these at stores since my original purchase. Dentyne has a companion flavor to these "ICE" mints, called Fire. I have seen the fire mints in stores.

A rare and wonderful taste, this peppery-hot cinnamon flavor. I've rated these 'mints' 4 stars out of 5, because there is only one choice of sweetener, and that's not sugar. I must admit, however, that the aftertaste - so common to all sugar substitutes - is very very remote. As a result, these cinnamon candies are the ONLY non-sugar-sweetened item in my widely varied, daily intake. Share my experience, have some! Fifty mints to the box, that's plenty for sharing, too!

I enjoyed the mints. The mints have a relatively strong cinnamon flavor but not overpowering, not nearly as strong as cinnamon oil. I have to agree with other reviewers that the mints, although sugar free, leave little sugarless aftertaste which is great. Also they are hard to find in stores but are relative expensive both at stores and at Amazon.

I am a gum chewer in the tradition of Violet Beauregarde... I love gum and am always trying new types. In recent years, I have been a huge fan of the Trident White (Trident White Sugarless Gum, Peppermint, 12-Piece Packages (Pack of 12)), exceptional for its flavor and long-term chewability.

But recently I have made the switch to this Dentyne pure and I am in love! Amazing flavor that lasts a long time, but above all else, incredible long-term chewability without getting tough or rubbery. This is a superlative product and highly recommended!

2nd Customer Review : Refreshingly simple
In an age where gum comes in nearly every flavor imaginable, it's good to see a revival of the classic mint. Dentyne's new gum, Pure, is simple. It's a rectangular piece of gum with a hard outer shell and surprising burst of mint extract in the center (think "mint in mint"). It really freshens your breath! I was actually very surprised when I first bit into it, thinking it was just another piece of gum. Dentyne really did a good job in implementing the flavored center idea and using mint instead of some funky new flavor that lasts for only 5-10 minutes. In my opinion, the flavor actually lasts longer (up to half an hour to an hour) if you bite into it right away, allowing the center's mint extract to envelop your mouth. Give it a try! Purchase a single-pack at a drug store near you if you're apprehensive about shelling out $17 for something you're not sure about.

I am a big gum-chewer and this product is superb. Natural mint flavor. Not over-powering. 'nuff said?
After masticating with said gum, your eyes will be opened to how incredibly artificial the competitors taste. My only question is, why is this not available at any of my local victual salons?
