I like tea, I like chocolate, I like mint. It was weird to buy a mix of those three products. But it turned out to be an excellent choice !!

The taste is really wonderful. The mint taste is the one you taste first. And the chocolate is really subtile. Friends have tasted it. I made them guess. They recognized the mint at once, but not the chocolate. And when I told them, it was : "Oh my god, that's true !!!". And they were so impressed.

I like mint and chocolate candies (After Eight, Marianne, etc), but it's really unexpected in a tea. But I loooove it !

I first found this product at a small British store that I could not contact. I'm not particularly a tea-lover but this was delicious! Through Amazon I found Harney & Sons. I not only ordered some more for myself but also some for gifts. It has a hot chocolate taste without the calories.

1st Customer Review : Great flavor
The chocolate in this tea is plenty bold. I'm not exactly sure how some can find the chocolate flavor too mild. It's chocolate tea, not hot-coco. You can definitely taste the chocolate and mint flavors, it's just that the are not super sweet. You get the aroma of the chocolate and mint, but it's not like drinking a peppermint patty. It's a great blend for the holidays and during the cold winter months. For summertime, I sugguest trying out Harney & Sons SoHo Chocolate Coconut Tea. It's got the same great chocolate flavors, but with a very slight coconut aroma to it as well.

2nd Customer Review : Watered down minty cocoa flavor if that's your cup of tea...this ones for you!
If you like the taste of watered down minty cocoa, this is for you. I'm sorry, I just did not like this product. Going to be honest... not sure what I was expecting. I do know it seemed like an interesting concept but I think Ill stick to their hot cinnamon tea. Now that is amazing!!! Harney and Sons please dont hate me for not liking this flavor of your beautiful tea. I promise to give it away to friends and coworkers...but I think after tasting your hot cinnamon tea theres no comparassion. A no vote on chocolate mint tea.
3rd Customer Review : Favorite of my granddaughters
This is turning out to be the favorite Harney & Sons tea for my two young granddaughters, who come for the afternoon one day a week. "Let's do tea," they say, and we have ourselves a party.

The aroma of the Chocolate Mint Tea is delicious, and we put Splenda in it, not sugar or honey. A little dash of fat free half & half is also a favorite addition. We have quite a great time visiting and drinking our tea.
This flavor is one of many Harney teas we have on hand, and so far it is their favorite.

This is a very good tea with with a fresh, clean, minty taste. I like drinking mint tea after dinner with a few Anna's Thins, Chocolate Mint, 5.25-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 12). It is a simple tea. You know what you are drinking -- there is no flavor confusion. I'm a fan and would recommend it to any mint fan.

In addition to this tea, I've consumed several other mint teas, including Bigelow Peppermint Herbal Tea, 20-Count Boxes (Pack of 6), SerendipiTea Organic Mint, Au Naturale Tisane & Peppermint Tea, 2-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 2) and Taylors of Harrogate Herbal Peppermint Tea Box 20 Tea Bags. I got hooked on Harney & Sons tea a while ago. Most of the varieties I've tried are excellent, and this is no exception. The tea bags are in foil packets, which keeps them fresh. It's also wonderful served hot or iced. I would definitely recommend this product.
3rd Customer Review : Spend a little more and get the sachets, not the bags
Bought these after going through a tin of the sachets. These are bags, and they are NOT the same. The sachets were so fresh and had such an essence of peppermint without any bitterness (even when a little over-steeped). Even the smell of a cup of tea from the sachet felt pepperminty in scent and sensation. However, the bags just don't do the tea justice. Not only does tea from the bags, as opposed to the sachets not stand out as a peppermint tea, but also they actually have a sort of bleached water aftertaste. I say this probably and only in comparison to the Harney & Sons sachets. Get the sachets. If you are a lover of peppermint tea, you'll dream about this tea from the sachet.

This tea is delicious....I had it at a restauraunt instead of having wine and I was pleased with my decision. The tea was minty but I liked it because I could taste a hint of chocolate. The flavors blend so well I found no need to use extra sweetners to enhance the taste.

Though it smells very chocolatey-minty in the tin, I feel like the peppermint overpowers the chocolate once you actually brew it. However, it's still nice, especially if you love peppermint. I agree that it makes a good after-dinner tea.
