1st Customer Review : The best energy bar I've had
I was skeptical about Clif Bars when I first heard about them, thinking they'd be just like the other energy bars out there - a lot of fluff, but no substance. I was so wrong! Clif Bars are actually great for energy and can (depending on your usual meal size) substitute for a meal or at least hold you over for a few hours. They're also packed full of nutrients and healthy ingredients, unlike the candy bar-like others on the market. When I was a college student, I eliminated my lunch period and ate a Clif Bar on the walk between classes to get more out of my day. I noticed that within minutes, I felt better (for example, I had an important presentation to make in an hour and a hangover kicking until I ate the bar at noon, and 30 minutes after eating it, the hangover was practically gone). I know that's not typical, but it does illustrate my point that this can really, truly, be called an energy bar. If it can do that to a hangover, it can really give you a boost during a normal...

Bought to try, wish I could have mixed to get different flavors. Was very good and what I expected. Will try again.
3rd Customer Review : Not up to standards
Clif Bars are "THE BOMB", not so with the 'Carrot Cake' variety. The chunks of carrot(?)were freeze dried or something and practically impossible to chew.
Other varieties I have tried are;
White Chocolate Macademia
Chocolate Chip
Cranberry
etc....
All are excellent choices.
