Description : Dried Mint is widely used in the eastern Mediterranean and Arab countries for cooking and for tea.
Excellent with lentil and bean soups, lamb stews, and Moroccan Mint tea.
HINT: Add a teaspoon of dried mint, fried in a little olive oil or clarified butter for a short time, and add to your Iranian or Turkish dishes before serving.

1st Customer Review : Does the job
For some reason, it was really hard for me to find dried mint at the grocery stores in my area. These Moroccan Mint Flakes were exactly what I was looking for. I use this mainly for some Moroccan inspired scrambled eggs w/ mint, cumin, garlic powder, and S+P. Got the recipe from Tim Ferriss in 4 Hour Chef (highly recommended).

This is good it tastes like mint rather than grass as many do. I like it in my tabouli and in lamb dishes. i made minty lamb meatballs and everyone loved them. Best thing next to fresh.
