After not being able to buy these locally except right before the Christmas holidays I went (again) to Amazon and ordered the two pack. The recipe on the bag makes great cookies and I've also let them melt on top of just-made fudge for a little hit of mint.

I used these over the holidays to make a festive and delicious icing on cookies.
Not only did they add gorgeous color, but they added that famous Andes Crème De Menthe taste. How you can use them in baking is full of endless possibilities.
I was indeed happy with my cookies and the taste. Andes Crème De Menthe baking chips are great to have in the cupboard and they are made with the same quality ingredients as Andes Crème De Menthe candies, made right here in The USA.
