This tea has a great taste and is a very strong tea. I can get two to three cups from one tea bag. Earthy mild no bitterness.

According to Dr. Oz, this tea is excellent for stabilizing your blood sugar throughout the day. I love the flavors of mint and ginger. Don't know which one is my favorite yet. I am drinking this to improve my health but it tastes wonderful. No difficulty swallowing down this drink. I want to receive these teas regularly and am happy to find it offered on Amazon. If you are ever concerned about preventing diabetes, this is an excellent drink for that according to Dr. Oz. Tasty treat also.
