I don't always have time to stop and fix lunch, and these bars give a good mix of carbs, protein and fat. They taste like I'm eating such a delicious treat! And it's hard to find protein bars with no soy. Thank you Honey Stinger!

I purchased these mostly for my long rides, but found they make a perfect afternoon snack as well. They are delicious, and perfect for my afternoon pick me up at work and to get some calories in me while i'm riding, if I don't feel like eating a Gu or some other mush. I would highly recommend these to anyone. They even make a good breakfast.
