We tasted these at a Vietnamese restaurant and then found them on Amazon. Everyone that has tried one has liked it, and we think they are great!
The ginger flavor is artificial - just in case you are allergic.

2nd Customer Review : Gingery and spicy
I was given one of these mints after a meal in a thai restaurant. I thought it was going to be a mint, like a peppermint, but it was a gingery, spicy, little nugget of happiness. Delicious!
